Acquisition Process

• Develop and refine acquisition criteria
• Conduct in-depth industry research to identify acquisition candidates
• Develop Long List of potential acquisition candidates with summary information
• Review and prioritize Long List with client
• Develop Short List of prioritized acquisition candidates with detailed information
• Develop individual approach strategies for acquisition candidates on Short List
• Approach acquisition candidates on Short List to determine interest in a transaction
• Develop in-depth dialog with owners and management of selected acquisition candidates
• Prepare financial analysis of selected acquisition candidates to determine appropriate value range
• Provide non-binding offer (indication of interest) to selected acquisition candidates
• Negotiate main terms and conditions for acquisition
• Due diligence of operational, financial and legal matters
